Centre for Doctoral Training Welcomes New Cohort of 2014

The EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Ultra Precision Engineering has started its third year and welcomed a bright and eager cohort in October 2014, who are already well under way attending lectures and laboratory sessions at the University of Cambridge and Cranfield University.

Applications are now open for the October 2015 cohort for fully funded places available to UK and EU students who have studied in the UK for more than 3 years.

The Centre also welcome candidates from industry to undertake an MRes led by the University of Cambridge and then subject to attainment of the MRes, return to industry and continue their studies with a 3 year PhD.

Deadline for applications for the next CDT cohort is 30 June 2015 for entry in October 2015.
