16th euspen International Conference and Exhibition, May-June 2016

The 16th euspen international conference and exhibition was held from 30 May to 3 June 2016 at the University of Nottingham, UK.

The Centre had an exhibition booth at the conference and many of the PhD researchers from Cranfield University and the University of Cambridge had the opportunity to display posters during the poster sessions. PhD researchers from Cranfield University, Jonathan Abir and Adam Bennett gave oral presentations. Centre Director Paul Morantz and Principal Investigator Prof Paul Shore both chaired oral sessions.

Congratulations to Centre PhD researchers Jason Ten and Tianqi Dong based at the University of Cambridge who both won poster awards at the conference.  Jason took first place and Tianqi came third.

And well done to Nan Yu, PhD researcher at Cranfield University who won a Heidenhain Scholarship to attend the conference.
